1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. confectioners' sugar
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cream (or milk)
2 c. mini marshmallows pastel
1 c. walnuts

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in sugar and chocolate. Mix well. Add vanilla and cream. Fold in marshmallows and walnuts. Press into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan and refrigerate until hardened.
