COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut (3 c.)
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (2/3 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring

Combine coconut and condensed milk. Mix well. Add flavoring. Drop from teaspoon about an inch apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until browned. Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Let cool on cake rack. Makes about 2 dozen.
