STEAMED CARAWAY CUCUMBERS 
6 lg. cucumbers, peeled, seeded, cut in half lengthwise
2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tbsp. butter, unsalted
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
Salt to taste

Cut cucumbers in semi-circles. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, place in large steamer for 20 minutes. Remove to warm bowl, toss with yogurt and butter. Salt to taste. Serve hot or warm. Serves 12.
