ORANGE DESSERT 
60 crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Press into 9 x 13 inch (or larger) pan, reserving some for topping. 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained & diced

Do not beat, fold into mixture of Cool Whip. Spread over crumbs in pan. Top with rest of crumbs. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
