BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER RING 
5 c. broccoli flowerets
5 c. cauliflowerets
1/4 c. water
1 sm. tomato, cut in 6 wedges, seeded
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. Blue Bonnet light tasty spread
3 tbsp. sunflower nuts

Place broccoli flowerettes and cauliflowerettes in 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle 1/4 cup water over vegetables. Cover tightly with saran wrap, turning back edge to vent. Microwave at high power 9-13 minutes or until crisp-tender; stirring after 5 minutes. Drain.

Arrange tomato wedges on bottom of 2 quart glass ring, skin side down. Arrange cauliflower and broccoli over tomatoes, pressing to pack family. Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover tightly with saran wrap; turning back edge to vent. Microwave over at high power 3 minutes; drain. Invert onto serving plate. Microwave spread and sunflower nuts at high power 2 minutes. Pour over vegetables. 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
