CAULIFLOWER 24 HOUR SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn & washed
1 head cauliflower, cut in bite-size pieces
1 sm. red onion, sliced into thin rings
1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Put in bowl in layers first lettuce, then cauliflower, then red onion, bacon. Spread mayonnaise and seal edges. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Toss before serving.
