1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1 (3 oz.) pkg. or can chow mein noodles 1 c. Spanish peanuts (optional) Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together, stirring occasionally. A double boiler works best for this. When completely melted, add noodles and peanuts. Mix well. Drop by spoonsful onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill. Makes approximately 2 dozen. |
