BEEFY MUSHROOM STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp. fennel seed
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. ribbed manicotti
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Can buy spaghetti sauce including these ingredients.

In large skillet saute beef, mushrooms, fennel seed, green pepper, drain off excess fat. Add salt and 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce; mix well. In bottom of 2 quart casserole, pour small amount of spaghetti sauce. Fill manicotti and place in dish. Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over desired amount over filled manicotti. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
