MARINATED CARROTS 
2 lbs. carrots

Slice and cook until tender (cool).

1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, sliced thin

MARINADE:

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar

These keep for approximately 2 weeks in refrigerator.
