3 c. Hershey chocolate chips (1 1/2 12 oz. bags)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk
Dash of salt
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In saucepan over low heat melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly. Cool 2 hours. Store at room temperature.
