POTATO SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & well drained 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. sour cream 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 20 oz. pkg. "Simply Potatoes" hash brown shreds 6 oz. cooked ham, cubed 1/2 c. cheddar cheese Combine spinach, soup, sour cream, nutmeg and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese in a saucepan. Heat well on stove. Fold in hash brown shreds and cubed, cooked ham. Place in well greased 13"x9" baking dish; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. If desired, break an egg evenly over the top of the casserole 12 to 15 minutes before completely cooked. |
