RAISIN CRUNCHIES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. peanuts
1 c. cornflakes

Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, raisins, peanuts and cornflakes. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.

Tip: If desired, spread mixture evenly into lightly buttered 9 inch square dish, cut into squares.
