CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream-style corn
1 pkg. Gladiola Mexican cornbread mix
4 eggs, well beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped
2/3 c. oil
Grated sharp cheddar cheese

Mix corn, cornbread mix, eggs, onion and oil together until combined. Place in square baking dish (8 or 9 inch) and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until set. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and return to oven for a few minutes until melted.

HINT: You can bake this in 13x9-inch dish if you prefer it thinner.
