CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, boned, split, stewed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder, optional
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears

Stew breasts in covered fry pan 1/2 covered in water for 1/2 hour. Cook broccoli, drain and place in bottom of shallow baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese over broccoli then place chicken on top. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve over rice.
