JOSEPHINE'S BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar, butter and eggs. Add milk, salt and bananas. Beat. Add flour and soda; mix well. Bake in greased bread pan at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Done when toothpick comes out clean. To keep top crunchy, store by covering with dish towel.
