LASAGNA ROLL UPS 
18 lasagna noodles, cooked
16 oz. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1 tsp. each basil, sugar & salt
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
2 qt. marinara sauce

Blend cheeses, spinach, basil, sugar, salt and scallions together. Spread about 3 tablespoons of cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle and roll up. Spread enough sauce in a 13"x9" pan to cover bottom. Place roll ups in pan and top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 6 to 9 servings.
