LASAGNE ROLL - UPS 
1 dozen lasagne noodles, cooked
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
Salt and pepper
1 (31 3/4 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms

Cook lasagne noodles; drain. In bowl, combine cottage cheese, spinach, salt, and pepper. Lay noodle flat, place approximately 1/4 cup (loosely spooned into cup) cottage cheese/spinach mixture along noodle. Roll up loosely lengthwise and place, seam side down, in 9 x 13 inch pan. Do all noodles. Pour sauce over all. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees (until bubbly). Serves 6.
