BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 stalks broccoli, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. cooked rice
Black pepper to taste
2 carrots, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. Cavenders Greek seasoning

Saute broccoli, carrots and onions with butter for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and Greek seasoning. Simmer 10 minutes and add milk and rice. Heat to serving temperature. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
