BBQ HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. chopped onion
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 heaping tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Add ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery seed and salt and pepper. Simmer 1 hour over very low heat, stirring occasionally. (may add water if it seems too dry.) Serve on hamburger rolls.
