1 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. bacon fat
1/2 c. milk
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine these ingredients and form into round patties. Brown patties in bacon fat. Combine these ingredients and pour over the patties in a casserole dish:

1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
