HOLIDAY BAZAAR HAMBURGER

10 lbs. hamburger
5 lg. onions
5 lg. green peppers
8 lg. carrots
5 c. celery
16 tbsp. vinegar
16 tbsp. brown sugar
6 c. ketchup
1 gal. tomato sauce
1 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions, diced
1/2 lg. green pepper
1 lg. carrot, diced
1 1/2 c. celery
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. ketchup
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Brown hamburger. Drain. Dice the onions, peppers, and carrots. Cut celery in small pieces. Add all ingredients to hamburger. Cook until thick. Left ingredients are for a large amount of people, right ingredients are for a small amount of people.
