BARBECUED HAMBURGER | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1 onion, chopped 1/2 c. catsup 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt Fry onions and hamburger in 4 tablespoons hot oil until it has lost its red color. Stir until smooth and then add ingredients. Simmer about 20 minutes and serve with hamburger rolls. Serves 8. |
