4 tbsp. plain flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chocolate cocoa
2 c. Pet milk
2 eggs (yolks only)
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix flour, sugar, salt and chocolate together. Add just enough cold milk to make good paste. Add well beaten egg yolks. Scald remainder of milk and stir. Slowly pour into mixture. Then pour into double boiler and slow cook until thick (hangs on spoon). Then pour into cooked flour pie shell.
