FRESH HERB CHICKEN BREAST 
6 chicken breasts, boneless, split
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
2 sprigs fresh basil
2 sprigs fresh oregano
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Mix all ingredients except for chicken in a small bowl. Place chicken in a deep pan and pour mixture over chicken. Marinate for 3 days. Cook chicken outside on grill or inside in a frying pan until done (about 10 minutes). Serve hot. Serves: 6. (Prep and Cooking Time: 3 days and 10 minutes)
