APPLE POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. corn oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. apples, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Spoon batter in a 10 inch tubed or bundt pan well greased. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
