RAW APPLE POUND CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. Baker's coconut
3 c. diced (baking) apples

Cream oil and sugar, add eggs 1 at a time. Sift all dry ingredients and add. By hand - stir in apples, nuts and coconut. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes in tube pan.

ICING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter

Cook for 2 1/2 minutes and pour over cake while still hot.
