CHILE RELLENOSE JOSE 
1 can whole green chiles (18 chiles)
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into strips
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
5 lg. eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Remove seeds from chilies. Slip cheese strips into chilies. Beat eggs, flour, milk and seasoning. Arrange chilies in well greased oblong pan. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and carefully pour egg mixture over chilies. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Adding sausage or hamburger into chiles and cheese is very good.
