CHICKEN WITH GRAVY 
1 sm. chicken
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
3 to 4 c. water
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. coffee

Cut up chicken and place in frying pan. Add water and cook until tender. (Let water cook out.) Add butter; brown chicken. Mix egg and flour in 8 ounce glass; add as much water as needed to mix. Add coffee to make gravy brown. Pour over chicken and cook until done. (Add more water if needed.)
