BLACKBERRY JAM CAKE 
1 1/3 c. butter
1 c. jam
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients. Bake in bundt pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with chocolate or caramel icing.
