PUMPKIN BREAD 
2/3 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. mashed pumpkin
1/4 c. orange juice
3 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Raisins and chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Beat in eggs. Blend in pumpkin and orange juice. Add sifted dry ingredients, a little at a time. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
