QUICK ROLLS 
2 1/4 cup biscuit mix, divided
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted

Combine 2 cups biscuit mix, sour cream and butter. Mix well. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup biscuit mix on a flat surface. Divide dough into 36 small balls. Place balls on biscuit mix, roll into a ball using the sprinkled biscuit mix if it is sticky. Place 3 balls in each muffin tin cup that has been greased.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
