BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage 2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 6 eggs 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 c. milk 8 slices bread 1/2 c. milk Cut bread into cubes and place in 9 x 13 inch dish. Brown sausage; drain, layer over bread. Spread cheese over bread and sausage. Beat eggs, mustard and 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour over bread, cheese and sausage. Put in refrigerator overnight, covered. Before baking mix can of soup and 1/2 cup milk and spread over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. |
