RASPBERRY TARTS 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 sm. jar raspberry jam

Melt butter; add sugar and flour. Put 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Flatten with fingers or roll a cup over to smooth. Spread 1/2 small jar of jam over mixture. Crumble the rest of the mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cut while warm.
