SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 lg. bell pepper
Sprinkle oregano
1 lg. onion
Garlic or garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 bottle catsup
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2-3 glasses water

Chop above ingredients and add to butter. Cook until tender. Add hamburger and brown; drain off grease. Add catsup, barbecue sauce, and water. Let cook down.
