SPAGHETTI 
2 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
Salt and pepper
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 pkg. (14 oz.) thin spaghetti
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Brown hamburger, salt and pepper to taste. Add onions, garlic, tomato sauce, tomato paste, bay leaves, oregano, rosemary, basil, and thyme. Simmer 2 hours. Last 30 minutes of cooking add sugar and cinnamon.

Cook spaghetti in boiling water. Add 2 tablespoons salad oil and salt to taste. Pour sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
