1 lg. cooking bag 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. barbeque sauce 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 3 1/2 lbs. pork spare ribs fat trimmed Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shake flour in bag. Add sauce, onion and green pepper. Squeeze to blend. Cut ribs in serving size, place in bag and close with tie. Cut slits in bag and bake 1 1/2 hours. |
