1 box powdered sugar (3 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. mashed potatoes
4 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and roll into little balls. Sometimes chilling helps. Melt 1 package chocolate chips. Add about 3/4 square of paraffin. Dip balls into chocolate and set aside to cool.
