1 box powdered sugar
Drop of vanilla
2 level tbsp. mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
Peanut butter to spread

Mix all together by hand. Roll on waxed paper, spread with peanut butter. Roll up in a roll and chill, then cut into slices.
