SPARERIBS 
2 lbs. meaty pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 clove garlic
4 fresh or canned pineapple slices
4 tomato wedges

In pan arrange ribs in 1 layer; fat side up. Mix catsup, ginger, sugar, pineapple juice, garlic and teriyaki sauce. Pour over ribs. Marinate for 1 hour at least. Grill over medium hot coals about 45 minutes (or until well browned in pan). Brush with mixture. Brush pineapple slices with marinade. Grill until heated. Serve on ribs with tomato wedges.
