PACIFIC ISLAND RICE | |
2 c. rice, cooked separately 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey, chicken or hamburger 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 sm. pkg. green beans 1/2 lb. bean sprouts, fresh 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Pepper 6 drops Chinese sesame oil 2 cans Campbells chicken noodle soup Brown meat, drain. Pour rice into large greased casserole dish. Add meat and chopped veggies. Pour cans of soup over, and stir very carefully so as not to break noodles. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
