Pastry for 9" pie
1 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. salt, pepper & paprika
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Line 9 inch pie dish with pastry, bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and gently prick with a fork. Bake 5 more minutes. Let cool. Place ham in pastry, top with cheese and sprinkle with nutmeg. Beat eggs until foamy; stir in half & half, seasonings - pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
