LO - CAL CHEESE TOAST 
4 oz. Italian bread, cut into 12 equal slices
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 oz. shredded Jarlsberg cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. diced tomato

Preheat broiler. Brush bread on both sides with oil. Place bread slices on large baking sheet. Broil 1 minute, turning once, until golden.

In medium bowl, combine cheese, tomato and basil. Spread equal amounts on bread slices. With fork, press cheese mixture firmly onto bread. Broil 1 minute until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
