TOASTED ROLLS WITH CRABMEAT &
CHEESE
 
4 rolls
Lettuce leaves
3/4 c. canned crabmeat
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Cut rolls into halves. Cover with lettuce. Combine 3/4 cup canned crabmeat and 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Spread on lettuce. Spread remaining halves with butter, slice of cheese (mustard). Toast under broiler until soft. Combine halves.
