TURKEY LASAGNE 
3-4 c. cooked turkey, diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 c. mozzarella cheese
9 lasagne noodles
1/4 c. Parmesan

Mix soup and poultry seasoning together in a medium-size bowl.

In a 9 x 13 inch pan, spread a small amount of soup in the bottom of the pan. Line bottom of pan with 3 lasagne noodles. Spread a 1/3 amount of soup, turkey and cheese over noodles. Repeat layers 2 more times. Sprinkle Parmesan over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 12 servings.
