DOUBLE - CRISPY CHICKEN 
7 c. crushed Corn Flakes (to 1 3/4 c.)
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. paprika or chile powder
3 lbs. frying chicken pieces, rinse and dry

Beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Dip chicken into batter. Coat with crushed cereal. Place in single layer, skin side up, in greased shallow baking pan. Drizzle with 3 to 4 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour (until chicken is tender). Do not cover or turn while baking. Double Delicious!
