VEAL BURGERS FLORENTINE 
1 1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and form into patties. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil (or butter) in skillet. Fry until browned.
