BEETS AND POTATOES 
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
2 c. beets, julienne
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1 to 2 tbsp. dill
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook the above ingredients over medium heat for 30 minutes. Cook 4 potatoes, then dice. Add potatoes to mixture and simmer. Top with dollop of sour cream.
