BREAST OF CHICKEN EUGENIE 
6 chicken breasts, skinned and boneless
6 slices ham (same size as the chicken breast)
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 cream or milk

Saute ham and chicken in butter until lightly browned. Place 1 slice of ham on 12 inch square of heavy foil. Lay 1 chicken breast on top of the ham. Mix all of the other ingredients. Cut the foil and put 1/2 cup of this mixture over each ham/chicken. Bring foil up over and seal so that all of the edges are up so there won't be any leaks. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Place "package" on serving plates, open and fold back. Delicious! Serving suggestion: Pineapple salad, Green beans, corn.
