MANY WAY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese, cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix first 5 ingredients; shape into 16 meatballs. In skillet brown meatballs; pour off fat. Stir in soup, water, parsley. Cover, simmer 20 minutes. Stir now and then. 4 servings.
