1 lb. plus 2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla

In large mixing bowl, place milk and Crisco and mix slowly with sugar. Beat at high speed for 10 to 15 minutes. Add vanilla. This will ice a two layer cake plus leave some left over for decorating.
